After undergoing major back surgery earlier in the year, and still going through recovery, Kerry was even more determined to organise her big day and make it happen.
The wedding took place at the Calcot Hotel in Reading.
After the entire wedding party was lead to believe the bride had chosen a trouser suit to wear for her big day, she stunned the whole wedding party including the groom, as she entered the ceremony suite wearing a full bridal gown. The groom had tears as he stood and watched his bride walk down the aisle towards him.
After a very tearful and heartfelt ceremony, the groom and his guests had time to dry their eyes whilst enjoying a drinks reception in the bar lounge, before sitting to a wedding breakfast.
The wedding had a monopoly theme. The couple wanted to share their love for the game, as they spent many an hour in their earlier dating days chasing each other around the board. The wedding cake was also decorated to the theme of the game displaying a story of the happy couples life.
The evening partying got underway with a disco to keep everybody dancing, and a photo booth with props for those that wanted to have a couple of minutes of silliness trying out different looks.
A lovely day was had by all.
I wish the happy couple all the very best for the future.
