The couples chosen venue for today’s wedding was Wasing Park in Aldermaston, Reading. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Zoe who along with her bridal party were in full flow with hair and makeup. I was able to briefly slip away to catch some shots of Richard and his bestman as they were also at the venue getting themselves ready in a room nearby.
I was almost finished with the bridal shots when I was asked if I knew how to fasten a wedding dress, as the girls were having problems getting the dress tight enough. Well it’s not the first time I’ve stepped in to do this job, so the girls moved aside and in no time at all Zoe was fastened in and ready to head to Richard, her awaiting groom.
The ceremony was held in the Garden Room, with its floor to ceiling Windows that overlooked the lawns. Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed a bucks fizz drinks reception in the courtyard before moving into the barn to be seated to a wedding breakfast.
It was then back into the garden room for coffee to await the arrival of the evening guests. The barn was transformed for the evening celebrations that kicked off with the first dance followed by a disco to see the guests through the night.Wedding Gallery
