South Leigh Village Hall is probably one of the best church village Halls I have covered a wedding to date. But the day didn’t start there so let us roll back the clock to Bride preparations.
Katie was busy getting ready for her wedding at a stunning location in the countryside. Birch View, Five Acres Drive is an Air B&B property that offers everything from luxury surroundings to stunning views.
Joining the girls as they started the hair and make-up with the drinks already flowing into there glasses. The party had officially started in there eyes.
It wasn’t long before the wedding dress was on and the girls were looking stunning. That was my queue to start making a move to the church and meet up with the groom.
Arriving at the church, the groom and his Spanish family welcomed me. The weather was stunning with blue sky’s and temperatures hitting 30 degrees. With the wedding having a Spanish theme the British summer was playing a big part in their plans.
The bride was running slightly behind, but Eduard was very relaxed and just looking forward to seeing her in the fantastic wedding dress. Katie did not disappoint Ed as she made her way down the church towards him.
South Leigh Village Hall Wedding
After the ceremony, we covered the confetti shot then walked down to South Leigh Village Hall. The place was fantastic and surrounded by golden fields. We quickly covered the group shots and headed out to do the couples portraits. The portraits were something special as we manoeuvred our way around trees and bushes to get to the right location.
We picked three locations in total then headed back to South Leigh village Hall were the tea party was awaiting us.
After everyone had afternoon tea and cakes, the evening kicked off to the cutting of the cake and the first dance. With both sides of the families and friends joining in with the dancing the night just got better and better.
It was time for me to say my goodbyes and with the couple all the best in their new adventures. Good luck with your move to Spain.
