Holly Loughlan Wedding Crown Thistle
What a wedding day! Holly and Loughlan wedding took place at Crown and thistle, Abingdon. But before we begin there let's roll back to Holly's mum and dads home. The bride preparations started nice and early, with blue sky and no rain in sight.
Holly was well into having her makeup done and the perfect time to start the smaller prep stuff. I headed to the mum's bedroom to start on dress, shoes and perfume shots before gathering all the bridesmaids for there portraits. As I headed back down, it was time to capture the bride on the tail end of the makeup looking stunning and raring to go.
Holly started to get into her dress with the help of her mum and best friend. What a stunner, I could have captured her all day long with the glow coming from her. With the final touches complete I decided to head over to the church ahead of them departing.
Loughlan was eagerly awaiting Holly to come. As I arrived, the groom was hovering at the main entrance to try and capture a glimpse of his new bride to be.
The church was stunning inside and out, perfect for a small wedding. Holly looked incredible as she walked down towards Loughlan as she clutched her dad's arm. The ceremony seemed like, but realistically it was an hour. With some beautiful readings and words from friends, they were soon husband and wife.
We all headed outside for confetti shots and not to mention the group shots. Everyone had fun with the oldies and young ones in competition for the best group shot. As everyone headed off to Crown and thistle, Abingdon we covered the portraits.
Crown and Thistle, Abingdon
What can I say about the Crown and Thistle, Abingdon? The staff are more than happy to help you, and the food is spectacular. What's more, they know how to through a good party. After everyone had eaten, and the speeches were over it was time to set up for the evening and mingle with the guests.
The evening was a blast, and it wasn't long before the girls were mixing it up on the dance floor. I'm sure some was going on for the best dancer. The cake cut and the first dance over everyone joined in on the dancefloor. If I'm frank, I didn't see that dance floor empty all night. It was so full people were dancing outside the doors.
Big thanks from me for a fantastic day, congratulations to both of you and enjoy your wedding photos.
