Claire Sam Wedding Marwell Hotel Winchester
Claire and Sam Wedding took place at the stunning Marwell Hotel Winchester. Everyone likes a trip to the zoo and what a place to have your wedding. At the time of booking, I didn’t realize the Marwell Hotel in Winchester was actually in the Marwell Zoo. Boy was I excited as i rolled up to the entrance of the Zoo.
The couple booked me for my new wedding photography hourly rate package. This means you can have me for as little or as long as you like on your wedding day. Making your photography package cover the moments you want to capture. For Claire and Sam’s wedding, they booked me for Five Hours, one of my most popular packages. With a ten am morning start I, walked in on all the girls getting ready, what a view from the room of the woodlands. This would be a place for the bride and bridesmaids shots later on in the day. I did my normal photography thing covering all the details before it was time to slip the dress on and capture some emotion in the room.
Dad was soon summoned for the first look, tears coming to his eye it was a winning dress. Dad helped with their finishing touches and i made my way to the groom. In the ceremony room, Sam was looking rather nervous. The room looked stunning, bright and the smell of fresh air coming from the woodlands around.

It was time for the bride to make her grand entrance. She looked amazing and the groom couldn’t believe his eyes as she made her way down to him. Once the ceremony was over everyone headed outside as we covered the confetti shot. With the group shots over and the canopies coming to an end we decided to cover the portraits.
We had two locations for the portraits. The first was using the woodland and I think you would agree from the photos they look magical. The second we jumped in my car, i had an idea of a field I passed on the way in. It was only a two-minutes drive but definitely, worth the time and pictures we captured from there.
The field was full of buttercups as far as the eye could see. With blue sky and fluffy white clouds, it was the perfect setting for there wow shot. After the portraits, we headed back and I still had time to capture all the table and room shots before my time came to an end.
Big thanks to everyone on the day, wishing you congratulations on your wedding day.
