Jessica Charlie Wedding Nutfield Priory

Nutfield Priory, Redhill, Surrey is probably another one of my favourite locations to cover a wedding. Jessica and Charlie's Wedding was at that very place. It was an early start for me. Travelling from Reading to Redhill can sometimes be a challenge on the M25. Lucky for me today it was plain sailing all the way.I arrived at Nutfield Priory about an hour too early. It gave me plenty of time to scout around and find the perfect light on the day. Although overcast on the morning by the afternoon the sun was doing its best to come through the clouds. I started to make my way up to the room for the bride preparations. Little did I know how many were packed into the room.It didn't take me long to start chatting to all the girls and get everyone relaxed. With all the shots in the bag, the morning was soon over and time for the bride to slip into her wedding dress. The lads had arrived downstairs and were greeting all the guests upon arrival. I made my way down to them to cover some shots of the groom before we all made our way into the ceremony room.

Nutfield Priory Ceremony

The bride made her entrance elegantly strolling down the ceremony room. It seemed like only a few clicks of the camera and before we knew it the ceremony was complete. Everyone made their way outside to start the group shots. I like to get them covered straight away so the bride and groom can spend more time with their guests. It didn't take us to long after rounding all the right people up (from the bar). With the couple's portraits finished it was time to relax for five minutes. The wedding breakfast had started and the speeches were in full swing. With everyone enjoying the food and drinks it was soon time to set up for the evening entertainment. To be totally honest I don't know where the day went as I snapped the last shot and called it a night.Packing my kit down and taking one last look at the packed dancefloor it was time to hit the road and head back to Reading.Big thanks to everyone on the day. It was an absolute pleasure working with you all.
