Kathleen Nick Wedding Notley Abbey Thame
One wedding that I was looking forward of covering this summer was Kathleen and Nick's at Wedding Notley Abbey Thame. Notley Abbey is one of those places you want to keep going back two, with its stunning surroundings and features. The wedding for me started with the lads at The Fox and Goat just down the road from Notley Abbey in Thame. With piercing blue skies the day couldn't start any better. The groom was putting together the finishing touches as I arrived. With the shirt shots covered and the details captured we headed outside for a refreshing drink.Getting all the lads together for an outside portrait just seemed like the right thing to do with golden fields and blue sky in the background. We pulled it off and its a stunner of an image. After we all headed to our cars and started to make our way to Notley Abbey were the bride would be awaiting my arrival. The bride was in her room with all the bridesmaids eagerly awaiting her wedding dress to arrive. , but they were stuck in traffic. With the wedding dress turning up everything was going to plan. The bride looked stunning and with all the detail shots and dress shots covered it was time for me to head to the ceremony.
Notley Abbey Wedding
It was over thirty degrees outside, and the heat was starting to make everyone very hot. The bride looked stunning as she walked towards her man and ready to marry the love of her life. The readings were meaningful and welcoming. With the ceremony over myself and the bride and groom headed to a back room as the master of ceremonies escorted all the wedding party outside. The perfect way to set up the confetti shot ready for the newlyweds to walk down the path of showering confetti. The group shots were over at a blink of an eye with the help of the master of ceremonies and our planed group shots. I took the couple off for there portraits around the stunning grounds. Keeping the couple round the back as not to be disturbed we managed to get all the must-have shots and more covered. The food was ready. All the guest headed in to listen to the speeches and the grand entrance of the bride and groom. Food at Notley Abbey is outstanding, and the staff are the friendliest I've encountered in the wedding industry. The evening kicked off with casino tables, good company and some fantastic weather. All the guest was enjoying there time and the bride and groom keeping busy mingling with everyone. The lights were flashing, and the music was playing so that could only mean one thing, first dance. After the first dance covered, I managed to capture some wild dancing by all the guest. What a night.Let me take this opportunity to thank the bride and groom along with all their guest for there hospitality on the day.
