Nicholas Woodhams Wedding Waltham St Lawrence

What a fantastic start to the year I've had, the weather so far has been perfect at every wedding and the locations stunning. This year most of my weddings have been located at barns or out in the wilderness. This wedding was no different, located in a quiet country, village.

I was booked for three hours to cover the ceremony, group shots, and mingling shots before leading up to the food. It was a perfect wedding, small and loving.

Waltham St Lawrence Wedding

I am starting at the church and boy what a church! Full of natural light and a wedding photographers dream. Soon the church was packed full of wedding guests from all over the globe awaiting the bride to make her entrance. She looked stunning in her dress as the bride made her way towards her future husband. The ceremony was beautiful and some lovely readings from friends and family.

Afternoon Tea

After the ceremony, everyone headed to the small pub located opposite the church. The wedding reception would be an afternoon tea party with the tea replaced with beer! Best tea party ever. With the drinks flowing and the food devoured, it was time for the speeches. What can I say but brilliant! Everyone was lathing but kid you, not the main speaker does manage some of the top comedians, so it had to be good.

The day was over for me, and I have to say it was a pleasure to cover this wedding, and I wish the couple all the happiness for years to come.
