Today’s wedding was held on The Magdalen Barge at The Swan in Streatley. There were a few concerns about whether the ceremony would be held on the barge due to the recent floods but all was well as the first signs of spring were definitely in the air with the spring sunshine out in full glory.
The morning started off in the Jerome suite where the bridal party were enjoying a calm and relaxed morning. The ceremony on the barge was a lovely touch with the River Thames making an ideal backdrop as it glistened in the sun. The ceremony was followed by a drinks reception out on the lawns making full use of the glorious weather before heading off inside to the Riverside Restaurant to enjoy a wedding breakfast.
With the drinks still flowing well into the evening the guests put on there dancing shoes to enjoy a disco. For all the guests who still have a little kid secretly hiding away inside them were able to let it show as they let their hair down and had fun with the props in our photobooth. The Bride and groom even had time to join in the fun, and even Nan grabbed a few props for her fun shot proving that we’re all young at heart and the photobooth really is fun for all ages.
