New Years Eve was to be an extra special celebration as it was also the wedding day for Sarah and Scott.
Silchester House in Silchester, Berkshire was the couples chosen venue for the days celebrations.
Upon arrival Sarah and her bridal party were in full swing with the bridal preps. Scott was busy putting the finishing touches to the ceremony room before he also made his way to a nearby room to get himself suited.
Guests started to arrive and were welcomed with drinks and flame roaring fires as they waited in the lounge area before being seated in the ceremony room.
Following the wedding ceremony
Guests enjoyed a drinks reception with canapés whilst a young singer by the name of Sammie Jay sang softly in the background. Sammie was discovered one day by chance whilst Sarah was shopping in London. Sarah heard the powerful voice of young Sammie and instantly fell in love with it. She approached the young singer and started chatting, and Sarah knew there and then that she wanted Sammie Jay to sing at her wedding. Whilst the guests enjoyed the music, an entertainer was also on hand in the library room to keep the younger guests entertained.
The guests soon made their way into the marque where they were seated to a wedding breakfast, followed by a surprise appearance from “The Singing Waiters” that lead everyone into song. The speeches then followed along with the cutting of the cake.
The evening got underway with a live band and our photobooth that had guests young and old modelling our props In front of the camera.
It was getting late and soon time for us to say our goodbyes, to leave the couple and their guests to see in the new year in style.
