Boudoir Portraits

Boudoir photography has become more and more popular with wedding and portrait photographers in their workflow. A boudoir portraiture session is a growing market that is in high demand whether its for a bride to capture the moment or for a more intimate gift for a love one.

On the day you will be creating beautiful interior portraits with minimal lighting and equipment that you will be able to replicate in your own home or studio, by knowing and understanding how to master the light along with composition and posing techniques.

The workshop is limited to 7 places and will start with Robert showing you how to set up the scene with what lighting will work best before bringing the model in. He will then go on to direct you individually so everyone has portfolio shots at the end of the day.

What you will learn:

• How to find or make your own interesting light
(Using a range of lighting including: natural light, continuous light and Speedlights).
• Shoot in dark and low light conditions.
• The key to overexposing for dramatic results
• Master high key portraiture without a studio
• Poses and direct your model or subject to reveal their beauty not there bumps.
• Learn creative way’s to capture the images around a small environment

What you will take away with you

We will be producing portfolio images that you can use right away on your website, in brochures or for your own portfolio. The models we use are professionals and will be patient with beginners helping create the poses you’re looking for to get the best out of the day.

You will have the upper edge over your competition and the confidence with your own customers in creating beautiful images.
