Our photography studio is clean fresh and modern, with the latest range of flash and continuous lighting from Elinchrom and Westcott. We also have a large selection of printed and seamless paper backgrounds. The studio is ideal for both portraiture and creative model photography along with newborn and baby photography.

Main studio space

The main studio space is 3 meters by 5 meters in size and has a painted 18% grey all round walls with white ceiling (please note that in the main studio space the celling is 2.3m high at the tallest point) and at the far end is the seamless paper backdrop with laminated flooring. There are a number of lighting brackets and fixing points all around the studio with low and high level power sockets.

The studio is equipped with its own heating and cooling system for all year round comfort. You also have full internet usage with the in studio Wifi, and also supports ethernet connection. At the front of the main entrance is a garden for you and your customers to use with a seating area (this can also be used for outside shoots) light refreshments will be served at no extra cost i.e tea and coffee.

At the other end of the studio it is carpeted to create a different look with slatted blinds and can be used for shoots or simply reviewing your work and briefing the model or customer

Pricing

Hourly rate £20 for the first hour then £10 for each additional hour thereafter.

Opening times

RP Photography Studio is available for pre-booking hire from 8am to 21:00 Monday to friday and 10:30am to 17:00 Saturday and Sunday. Weekend later evening times can be accommodated by pre-arrangement.

Access to the studio

Parking at the studio is right in front of the main house. There is space for 2 cars with further space on the street (free parking). The closest railway station is Reading centre (around 10 minuets away) on the Reading to Paddington line. We are always happy to collect you and drop you off at the station if pre arranged.
