Emma and Steve’s wedding at Stirrups Country House Hotel in Maiden Green, Bracknell, Berkshire was the venue for today’s happy occasion. The rain was set in for the day, but that didn’t put a dampener on the atmosphere for the happy day.

Upon my arrival at Stirrups Country House Hotel, the bridesmaids were in full flow, busy helping Emma with her hair and makeup, whilst Steve and his bestman were busy getting ready in a room nearby.

Back downstairs, it wasn’t long until close family and friends began to arrive, where they happily enjoyed drinks in the hotel bar, in front of the roaring fire, whilst awaiting the start of the ceremony. The ceremony was held in the Floyd Suite, followed by a drinks reception of Prosecco and canapés in the Winkfield Lounge.

Unfortunately, due to the wet weather, guest’s were unable to enjoy the hotel gardens and courtyard, but the staff kindly cleared an area of the restaurant where we managed to whizz through the group photos, before all guest’s made their way back to the Floyd Suite where they were seated to a wedding breakfast.

Following the speeches, the guest’s enjoyed a coffee in the Winkfield Lounge, whilst the venue staff done a quick room change ready for the arrival of the evening guests.

As the evening guest’s started to arrive, it was soon time for the happy couple to do the cutting of the cake, leading onto the first dance, that opened the dance floor for the guest’s to enjoy the evening celebrations and dance the night away.
