Adam and Kate Wedding Guild Hall Abingdon

Adam and Kate Wedding decided on two locations for their wedding, with the ceremony taking place at the Guild Hall Abingdon. The Guild Hall Abingdon is a magnificent room full of bright walls, high ceilings and gold. It's a photographers dream with the room flooding with light all around. I arrived nice and early to have a look around. A couple of weeks ago, I was in Abingdon covering a wedding just around the corner from this weddings location. The plus side is I've already scouted around and known the area.

Adam arrived and was busy setting up as I awaited Kate coming at the back entrance with her day arriving in style. Kate looked stunning in her elegant wedding dress. The ceremony was simply beautiful as the couple committed the rest of their lives together. After the ceremony, it was straight into the confetti along with the group shots before enjoying drinks and canopies. The sky was looking rather dark, so the bride and groom made their way to the local park for portraits and just in time before the rain started.

With the bride and groom, portraits finished, it was time to head over to the second location for the evening reception. We all headed to Buckland Memorial Hall. The place was all decorated by family and friends the day before and looked stunning. Out the back was garden games for everyone to take part in and have some fun. The smell of food was in the air, and it was time for the wedding breakfast.

After all the guests had enjoyed their food, the speeches took place. Funny as always and set the mood ready for the evening party and dancing to start. The band had arrived and set up, and it was time for some traditional dancing. Everyone was having fun jumping and dancing around.

Outside all you could smell is the fresh pizzas cooked in the stone oven with the small woodchips in the air. They didn't last long as all the guests flooded out for drinks and pizza. After the band had finished there, it was time to hit the dancefloor and trust me when I say there wasn't a space insight with everyone dancing.

That's it. I finished and, after backing up all the images, started to make my way home. Even if I drove away, I could see everyone enjoying them selfs.
