Inder and Yassmin Wedding De Vere Wokefield

Inder and Yassmin Wedding started at the Beautiful De Vere Wokefield Estate. Local venue for me and just a ten-minute drive from my home address. When you are a destination wedding photographer and cover the UK, and overseas, sometimes it's a blessing to work down the road from your home. It's a spectacular location with its winding staircases and tall ceilings, not to mention light flooding in through the enormous windows surrounding you.

Bride Preparations

As usual, I arrived early to get some photos of the location and the guests arriving before I headed up to cover the bride preparations. Not the normal start to bride preparations as I started. I had a problem to solve as Yassmin needed her vows printed off from her mobile. The army in me kicked in as I whisked her phone away and emailed the vowes to the reception. The reception converted the email into a document and printed it off for me. Problem solved.

With Yassmin ready and the step in dad first look captured, it was time to head towards the ceremony room. Inder was looking relaxed in his blue outfit. Everyone had their places as Yassmin made her grand entrance towards Inder.

Wedding Ceremony

Just looking at both of them, you could see how in love they are. The emotions were running so high as the vows to each other took place. The ceremony was impressive and after we captured all the usual family photos as gifts of money took place.

The sun came out, and we captured the bride and groom portraits outside before the rain started again. Everyone was checking in to their rooms and changing for the evening.

My time had come to an end, but the first dance and cutting of the cake were still two hours away. Sometimes you blast at a wedding and get on with the couple so well that nothing is more important than capturing the moments. I decided to stay and capture everything for the couple, and I'm so happy I did. What an evening. Congratulations.
