Louisa and Benjamin Danesfield House
Danesfield House Hotel and Spa is a spectacular location and where it all started for me as a wedding photographer many years ago. Danesfield House can bring any wedding to life with stunning gardens and a magnificent interior even on the most overcast day. Unfortunately, the sun wasn't playing ball today, but I loved the cloudy sky as a photographer.
As I arrived and made my way up to Louise room, she was in full swing, getting ready with an Entourage of the family helping with hair and makeup. Even her sister that couldn't make the wedding, was video calling her, giving directions on makeup and giving the final approval.
The dress was on, and it was time for Louise's dad to make his entrance and me to make my way down to the ceremony. Benjamin was looking somewhat nervous as I walked into the ceremony room. Muinits later, Louise made her grand entrance looking stunning in her wedding dress.
The ceremony was beautiful and a pleasure to capture in the magnificent ceremony room. We all departed and headed outside, where drinks were awaiting everyone. After a short time of mingling, we covered the group shots in true military style, going exactly to plan thanks to the mum. A good pre-group shot list is the key, and mum didn't let me down on this.
Louise and Benjamin decided to cover their portraits straight after the family formally, so we headed off around the hotel covering their pictures in various locations. We slowly made our way back to the wedding party, ready for the wedding breakfast. With speeches over and the food prepared to come out, it was time for me to depart and say my goodbyes.
Congratulations.
Louisa and Benjamin booked my five-hour package. Perfect for their day and timings. We managed to get everything covered and capture all the emotion from the day.
