This time we had 2 models on location and was looking like everything was going to plan, but we still managed to run over time but i’m putting that down to everyone having such a good time during the shoot and enjoying our tea and biscuits. Victoria Williams from Quest Software contacted me asking if I was available to cover their event at the Savill Court Hotel where there will be a live band performing and many prizes to be handed out to the staff on the night. I gladly accepted this opportunity and was introduced to the lovely Christine knight who would be organising the event.
I arrived at the Savill Court Hotel around 6pm where I found Christine rushing around with last minute preparations for the exciting night ahead. I was shown where to set the Photo Booth up and get myself ready for the evening events to begin. With the Photo Booth set up at the entrance, I managed to get a photo of all the guests as they started to flood in.
With plenty of drinks flowing and after some amazing speeches everyone headed into the hall for a lovely sit down meal with quiz and prizes being handed out between courses. The meal was followed by an amazing live band. By the end of the night everyone had a turn on the dance floor where I managed to get rather a lot of kisses on the cheek from merry ladies ( I thank you all ) I would like to take this opportunity to thank Helene Kemsley from Avenue Events for her hospitality on the night.
We were asked to photograph the new dress range for Aleena Abayas LTD to showcase on there International clothing website. I arrived at 12pm to start the shoot and was introduced to the tall and glamorous Saira Macleod our model for the afternoon. With 15 outfit changes to photograph, the two dress designers were happy to give a helping hand styling and accessorising the outfits.
I’m so impressed with the two girls that own the company. They have so much love and passion for there clothing range, driving there vision to the next level. The clothing range sales all over the world and orders are flooding in on there new season line. The girls hospitality never stopped, always offering me a nice cup of tea.
Thanks to Goringe Accountants i had the pleasure of providing them with 2 new staff profile photos for there website, we had to sneak in to a nearby meeting room to cary out the photo shoot and just in the nick of time. We just finished the shoot when in came the person using the room! 5 minuets to pack up and we was out of there before you could say jack robinson, then a quick cup of tea “thanks Laura” then of to do the editing so they could update there website the same day.
Why sit around looking out for the postman when we have the power of dropbox, 3 hours later and the customer can download there photos.
