Alex and Grace Wedding Great Hall - Dorney Court. What a stunning location for a wedding in and around the magnificent grounds of Dorney Court. Alex and Grace love the great outdoors, and a fairytale wedding, and they succeeded in bringing this to life.

Upon arrival, the girls were in full swing of getting ready as the sister was practising the violin as she would be playing in the church as Grace made her grand entrance and walked down the aisle. Alex looked terrific in his new kilt, eagerly awaiting his bride to say the words I do. The ceremony was beautiful and felt homely and family orientated in the snug little church.

After the ceremony, it was straight into the confetti shot. It then welcomed drinks basking in the beautiful British sunshine enjoying the grounds as everyone mingled, catching up over drinks and canapés. Once everyone had had a couple of drinks and something to eat, we captured the group shorts and all headed into the Great Hall for the speeches to take place.

With the speeches completed, we headed to the barn where the wedding breakfast would occur. The barn looked stunning with its fairy lights, and its Game of Thrones styled tables and menus. The afternoons seemed to go so quickly, and before we knew it, the dancefloor was open, and the first dance was happening with everyone joining in.

With the guests enjoying the fire pit outside and the cosiness of the blankets, it was a wedding to remember. The evening for me ended with traditional Scottish dancing taking place. The crowds were jumping up and down and running around; it’s brilliant to see everyone so happy and finally interacting with each other.
