Richard and William Wedding The Swan at Streatley

Richard and William's wedding took place at the Swan at Streatley. A stunning location set alongside the river with fantastic scenery all around. I've covered many weddings over the years at this location since it's modernised with their complete refurbishment. When Richard and William told me their boat would be a big part of the wedding day, I was so excited to cover this wedding.

I arrived early like always and had a coffee will William in the bar before starting the groom preps. Not your traditional wedding, as we decided to cover all the smaller group shots before the ceremony along with a first look. With Williams and Richards first look and portraits finished, we headed up to the boat for photos before the ceremony.

The ceremony was beautiful and full of love as Richards sister did her reading. After the ceremony, drinks on the riverside with one big group shot of all the guests. The rest of the day captured documentary-style shots of guests enjoying the day and each others company before heading into the wedding breakfast.

After food, the room was quickly turned around to give room for the opening of the band and dancefloor. The first dance was completed, and the invite to all the gest to join the chaps on the floor opened the evening, and the party began. After the first set from the band, it was time to cut the cake before I departed. With the last couple of shots of the grooms dancing and the evening getting lively, it was time for me to depart.

Congratulations.
